Throughout a week-long Gimo Tour, you will be immersed in the rich natural surroundings of the Lago di Trasimeno. This lake is the epicenter of an inspiring Italian natural wine movement. Together we will visit both benchmark natural winemakers of the region as well as little-known artisan, and family producers that only the "insiders" know about. Where You'll Stay
Montemelino is a small farm and farm estate of over 60 hectares, located on the northern hills of Lake Trasimeno, about 300 meters above sea level. Thanks to the lake basin, it enjoys a very favorable microclimate and offers a panoramic view of the lake.
Located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, Montemelino is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and quiet villages, a few kilometers from Cortona, in the province of Perugia. It is the ideal place to relax and visit art cities and characteristic villages.
